It was a great referral because the limited inventory and significant variations between communities was very challenging. We were uncertain where to settle and considered an area from Oakland Hills to Brentwood. Huge variation, but Leslie was familiar with the areas and did extensive research when necessary. We have not seen an agent as detailed in her research which comes from past experience and education. We quickly eliminated Oakland when we saw 30% overbids as standard practice. As we looked, Leslie suggested a small community we had not considered and it ended up being the perfect fit. There was very limited inventory so Leslie prepared us so when a home became available that we were very interested in we were able to make a competitive offer and acquire the home. We will definitely use Leslie for future transactions because of her thoroughness, her interest in acting in our best interests, and her patience with an emotional process."
