July Market Update
Summer Brings a More Balanced Market

Summer is in full swing, and I hope you're finding time to relax, recharge, and enjoy our wonderful community and all that the Bay Area has to offer.

The Lamorinda real estate market has settled into a seasonal summer pace. While things may feel a bit calmer than the busy spring market, well-prepared and thoughtfully priced homes continue to attract strong interest from motivated buyers.

For both buyers and sellers, today's market offers opportunities; but success depends on understanding local conditions, pricing strategically, and having a thoughtful plan in place.

Whether you're considering a move this year or simply like to stay informed about what's happening in our community, I hope you find this month's market update helpful. Reach out with any questions. I'm always happy to help.

Sellers Corner: Tip of the Month

Thinking about selling this fall?

July is the perfect time to start preparing. Getting a head start allows you to tackle small repairs, declutter, refresh your landscaping, and create a thoughtful plan without feeling rushed. Even if you're several months away from selling, planning ahead can help maximize your home's value and make the entire process go more smoothly.

Buyer’s Corner: Tip of the Month

Summer can be a great time to buy, with motivated sellers and, in many cases, less competition.

The best advantage is being prepared. Getting pre-approved and having a clear plan will help you move quickly and confidently when the right home comes along.

Community Highlights

One of the things I love most about living in the Bay Area is having amazing cultural events, fantastic restaurants, and beautiful outdoor adventures right outside our door.

Here are a few upcoming events worth exploring.

New Restaurant in Lafayette!

Real barbeque takes time. Because of that, Mt. Diablo BBQ can only make so much each day. While they do their best to forecast demand, some of their most popular meats can sell out. So if you’ve got your heart set on a particular item, I recommend coming in a little earlier or pre-ordering. Because when it’s gone, it’s gone.

Mt. Diablo BBQ | 3422 Mt. Diablo Blvd |Monday – Sunday 7AM – 9PM or SOLD OUT!

Point Isabel Regional Shoreline

An easy waterfront walk with spectacular views of the Bay, San Francisco skyline, and Golden Gate Bridge.

2701 Isabel Street Richmond | Open 5am-10pm unless otherwise posted or permitted.

Stern Grove Music Festival

Stern Grove Festival is the nation’s longest-running free nonprofit music festival, bringing world-class live music to San Francisco since 1938. In a time when ticket prices continue to rise, Stern Grove remains something rare: a civic gift to the city, powered by community, and built to be shared.
